Mattresses
Due to Health and Hygiene laws, mattresses cannot be returned

Made to order items
BHS need to be made aware within 7 days of the order being placed if you wish to cancel the order. Once your delivery has been signed for, a refund or exchange will only be given in accordance with your legal rights.

Non made to order items (delivered within 14 days)
The order can be cancelled up to 7 days after the date of delivery. To cancel your order you have to notify BHS within the cooling off period. If you notify us of the cancellation outside of the 7 day cooling off period, a refund will only be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods.
